This power strip has 6 sockets, which are arranged rotated by 45°. This means that angled plugs also fit next to each other. All sockets have a child lock. The switch lights up discreetly when it is turned on. The switch can be used to switch off all sockets and the integrated USB charger at the same time. On the underside there are two slides that can be pushed out, with which the strip can be attached to the wall, floor or table. At the same time, these tabs are used for cable winding during transport. The connection cable is equipped with a flat plug, so that sockets behind cabinets can also be used.

2 USB ports for charging

With the built-in USB fast charger, you can quickly and safely charge 2 devices. The charging unit has a chip that detects which possibilities of fast charging a connected device can master. The output current is adjusted accordingly. The higher the output current, the faster your device will be charged. USB sockets on the PC and simple charging power supplies regularly emit 0.5 A. This adapter can deliver up to 2.1 A at one output, so charge up to four times as fast. The chip identifies the devices according to the standards USB BC1.2 (USB Battery Charging), Apple Charging, Samsung Galaxy. Almost all current smartphones and tablets are compatible with this. If your device doesn’t support any of these standards, it will charge at normal speed. The maximum charging current for both outputs is 2.1 A. So if 2 devices are charged at the same time, there is about 1 A available for each. As soon as a battery is fully charged, charging stops.
